Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

Choose either option:

• Email: write to contact@adaptivemindsai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA to +91 81302 47554 from the number you used to contact us.

Please include the name, email address and/or phone number you used with us, so we can find your records. We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything. This stops someone else from deleting your data.

2. What we delete

We will delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

• details you sent through our website forms;
• leads we received from our Facebook and Instagram lead forms or Click-to-WhatsApp ads;
• your WhatsApp and email conversations with us, and your contact record in our CRM;
• any marketing lists you're on. We will also stop all marketing messages to you.

3. Timeline

We will confirm that we've received your request within 7 days and finish deleting your data within 30 days. Once it's done, we'll let you know.

4. What we may have to keep

We may keep some data where the law requires it or allows it, for example:

• invoices, GST and accounting records, for the period that tax law requires;
• information needed to handle a legal claim or dispute;
• a minimal record that you asked us to delete your data and not contact you, so that we respect your request in future.

Anything we keep is stored securely and used only for that purpose.

5. Data held by Meta and other platforms

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete it from Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. To manage data those platforms hold about you:

• Facebook/Instagram lead ads and ad preferences: use the settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, or Meta's Accounts Centre.
• Apps connected with Facebook Login: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app, and select Remove. Then send us a request as described above so that we delete the data we received.
• WhatsApp: you can block our number or delete the chat in the WhatsApp app at any time.

6. If you're a customer of one of our clients

If you talked to a business (such as a clinic) through a WhatsApp assistant or CRM that we built or run for them, that business controls your data. Please send your deletion request to that business directly. If you contact us instead, we'll forward it to them and help them complete it.
