1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use www.adaptivemindsai.com or contact Adaptive Minds AI ("we", "us") through our website, ads, WhatsApp or email. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Our services and pricing

The descriptions, prices, timelines and results on this website are for general information. They are not a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and support levels for any project or subscription are set out in the proposal, quotation or agreement we share with you. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. Meta/WhatsApp conversation charges and other third-party fees are billed separately where shown.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website or chat assistant for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive;
• try to break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the website or our systems;
• submit someone else's personal data without their permission;
• use any WhatsApp or messaging system we build for you to send spam or messages that break Meta's WhatsApp Business policies or Indian law (including TRAI rules on commercial communications).

4. AI-generated content

Our website chat assistant and many of our products use artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Answers from the chat assistant are general information, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and they are not a quote or a commitment from us. Please confirm anything important with our team.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content (text, design, logos, graphics and code) belong to Adaptive Minds AI or its licensors, and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission. Who owns the work we deliver on a client project is set out in that project's agreement.

6. Third-party services and links

Our website and services link to or rely on third-party platforms, such as Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Google, LinkedIn and AI model providers. We don't control those platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or changes to their rules.

7. No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Case studies and example results show what was achieved in specific situations and are not a promise of future results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Adaptive Minds AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits, data or business) arising from your use of the website or chat assistant. Our liability for paid services is limited as set out in the agreement for those services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless your agreement with us specifies otherwise.
